Omar Shrit f3453e5c5f Au revoir armadillo 5 
Since we no longer support armadillo 5 and all major machines are 64bit, we will
stop testing for 32bit unless we are cross compiling. Note that, I am not sure
that modifying this header file is the way to go, since we will never
compile Armadillo.

Amir Masoud Abdol 6a7648a09a Modified the CMakeLists.txt such that it generates mlpack-config.cmake 
during the installation. This should help CMake finds MLPACK much easier.
