357f261231
rename functions computing simplex bbox to bbox_3
...
overloads are possible thanks to a specialization of graph_traits
for named parameter being empty.
That way, the compiler do not try to instantiate the one from boost,
which was looking for vertex_descriptor and edge_descriptor in the
name parameters.
