Mael Rouxel-Labbé dd0d497944 Fix a number of issues in polygon soup GOCAD IO 
- there can be multiple TFACE
- you have to unget the char otherwise reading is wrong
- the TRGL have ids after them, not points
- etc.
- add the point_map NP
