Frederic Gosselin 4c5932f8f5 Improves the filter for hidden files in "Eigen" and "Eigen/src". 
This generic solution prevent cmake from having an error .svn folders when the source folder is under subversion.

Jitse Niesen abd5faf784 Require at least MPFR version 2.3.0, because we use mpfr_signbit. 
Code in FindMPFR.cmake is taken from FindEigen2.cmake .

Benoit Jacob f03d95348d introduce EIGEN_DONT_ALIGN_STACK (disables alignment attributes) and EIGEN_DONT_ALIGN_HEAP (disables aligned malloc)... 
you can still use EIGEN_DONT_ALIGN to do both at once.

Konstantinos Margaritis 112c550b4a Added initial NEON support, most tests pass however we had to use some hackish workarounds 
as gcc on ARM (both CodeSourcery 4.4.1 used and experimental 4.5) fail to
ensure proper alignment with __attribute__((aligned(16))). This has to be
fixed upstream to remove the workarounds.

Hauke Heibel ae06365bbd Disable variadic macro warning when compiling at full warning level.

Hauke Heibel 66534b782c Some of our unit tests require mathematical constants and thus we rely on non-ansi code. 
It seems as if the new standard removed pow(T,int).
M_PIL is only defined when _GNU_SOURCE is defined.
