Kacper Pluta 48ac6aa0b5 Some further cleanups for MIQ (#998)
* Cleanups: unified arguments' names, variable types, unused variables removed, initialization of fileds. Many Clang-tidy hints have been applied, etc.

* ints should be unsigned
