* [dz]getsls: cast workspace size with dble, not real
* Move workspace write to precede xerbla. Follow the documentation
and return the optimal workspace in work(1) even on quick return
* Remove unused variables

number inside the source file.

Bug fix in SLAMSWLQ; fix type mismatches.
...
- Fix: SLAMSWLQ calls DGEMLQT instead of SGEMLQT.
- Use dummy variable for ?LANGE work array argument in [CS]GETSLS.
- Use 1-element array for workspace query in ?GETSLS.
- Fix PARAMETER declaration type mismatches in ILASLC, IPARAM2STAGE,
SGELQT3, ZHECON_3, ZHECON_ROOK, ZHETRI2X.

Updating version number on source file modified since 3.6.1
...
This is really old school, but a lot of times we have users sending us
copy pasting of codes, and that is the only way to know the version of
the code.
