In examples 19/19p:
...
* Use CGSolver for the pressure mass matrix solve.
* Create the stiff preconditioner and solver objects only
once. Calling SetOperator() for the solver updates both
the solver and preconditioner for the new Operator.
* A few other minor tweaks.
