Replace STRUMPACKSolver::SetMC64Job with
...
STRUMPACKSolver::DisableMatching, STRUMPACKSolver::EnableMatching
and STRUMPACKSolver::EnableParallelMatching.
This avoids the preprocessor macros in the ex11p.cpp example code.
The last routine is only enabled when compiling with STRUMPACK version >= 3.
